Our “Wicked Fast” commitment means we prioritize getting your order through our Marietta, GA lab or our Beverly, MA facility and into the transit system without delay.

Shipping vs. Delivery: Managing Expectations

It is important to understand the distinction between shipping and delivery. Gothika is a manufacturer and distributor; we ship the products, we do not deliver them. Once your order has been verified and handed over to a third-party carrier (such as FedEx or USPS), the transit process is entirely under their control.

While we provide estimated transit windows based on carrier data, delivery times are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions, carrier volume, and local logistics can impact when your package arrives at your door. We recommend ordering well in advance of your event to account for any potential carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping Options (USA) All transit estimates begin after the mandatory 8-business-hour prescription verification window required by federal law ( for contact lenses only ).

FedEx Overnight Standard: Our fastest dispatch option. Typically arrives the next business day (by 6 PM), provided verification is completed before 12 PM (West Coast time) Monday through Thursday.
USPS Priority Express: A premium 1-2 day estimated transit to most US locations.
USPS Priority Mail: Our most popular option, with a 2-3 day average estimated transit window.
Economy & First Class: Efficient solutions for non-urgent domestic orders, typically arriving within an estimated 5-10 business days.
