Your health and safety are our absolute priority. Because our custom-fit fangs are designed for use in the mouth, we maintain a strict “no-return” policy to ensure every customer receives a sterile, factory-fresh product.

Hygiene and Oral Health Standards

At FX Fangs, we specialize in high-end dental prosthetics. Because our fangs are designed to be used inside the human mouth, they fall under strict health and hygiene regulations. To guarantee that every character artist receives a set of fangs that is 100% sterile and untouched, we cannot accept returns for any reason. Once a package leaves our laboratory, it is considered a personal care item that cannot be resold or re-stocked.

All Sales Are Final

This policy applies to every product in the FX Fangs collection, including the 13mm Subtle, 18mm Classic, and Werewolf styles. We do not accept returns on fangs even if the box remains unopened or the seal is intact. Our commitment to our customers is that you will never receive a product that has been previously handled or returned by another individual. By maintaining this absolute “Final Sale” standard, we ensure the integrity and safety of the Gothika® line for everyone.

Fitting Support vs. Returns

We understand that mastering the custom-fit process can sometimes be a challenge. If you are experiencing difficulty achieving a “snap-fit” with your fangs, please do not attempt to return them. Instead, reach out to our specialist, Wendy, who can walk you through the troubleshooting process. 99% of fitting issues are solved by adjusting water temperature or using a dusting of denture powder. We are here to ensure your transformation is a success, even though a physical return is not an option.
